Covid-19

COVID-19 protective measures at the congress

COVID-19 certificate

We require a valid COVID-19 certificate with a QR code (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, EU or NHS England and Wales digital COVID certificate) upon registration.

This is an electronic certificate, and easy to check (it lights up green if it is valid).

There are 3 ways to get green:

  • 2 out of 2 vaccine doses give green one week after full vaccination
  • 1 in 2 vaccine doses gives green 3 weeks after the first dose
  • Negative test 24 hours before or have had corona (COVID-19)

For more details see here: www.fhi.no

For efficient registration, we suggest bringing a printout of the certificate.

To those who have not been vaccinated or do not have a valid certificate:

If you have not been vaccinated or do not have a valid corona certificate, daily testing is required.

A negative test/24-hour COVID-19 certificate must be presented to gain access to the conference.

We ask for everyone's understanding and patience

Due to the pandemic, there will be a limited number of seats in each meeting room. When all seats have been taken, please go to another room / session. If you need to attend a certain session and cannot enter the room, please follow the live-stream from the session on your laptop or device. Some sessions might be live-streamed in another room at the hotel. The same applies for the lunches.

Physical distancing helps limit the spread of COVID-19 – this means we keep a distance of at least 1 metre from each other and avoid spending time in crowded places or in groups.

Please download and use the “Smittestopp” app, which is also connected to other contact tracing apps in the EU and EEA. You will then be notified if you have been near others who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, and you can make sure that those you have been near will be notified if you are diagnosed. Face masks are recommended when it is not possible to keep one meter distance. Good hand hygiene prevents contact transmission, and both hand washing and alcohol-based hand disinfection are good and effective hand hygiene methods.
